Posteriormente me ofrecieron cambiarme a otra, lo acepté, pero nuevamente tampoco había agua caliente. Al día siguiente salía agua caliente, pero era tan antigua que no se podía regular y por lo tanto o te congelabas o te quemabas. Las cortinas estaban deficientes, la limpieza no era la correcta, dependiendo de la camarera que te toque es buena o mala, las colchas estaban muy sucias y el aire acondicionado tenía muchas humedades. A la semana decidieron cambiarme a una nueva habitación, esta si correcta, pero las 2 primeras habitaciones eran inadmisibles. La otra no es que fuera un lujo, simplemente las cosas estaban bien. Lo peor la distancia a Varadero, aunque allí dentro tienes de todo. Lo mejor la gente que atiende el hotel, muy amables, recuerdos a Ismary, muy dulce, bueno y todo el personal, en general.
